Sambika School
Social and human development is at the heart of Sambika's values, a commitment embodied in the activities of the Sambika School. The school aims to empower vulnerable women to improve their often precarious living conditions by providing them with access to fulfilling professional lives.
Through a range of workshops and learning programs, the brand supports women throughout the entire process, enabling Sambika School students to develop new professional skills in the chocolate industry, the restaurant sector, and many other rapidly growing fields.
Our Schooling
To promote women's independence through stable employment, Sambika School offers a six-week training program. Throughout this program, participants develop and enhance their skills, particularly in the art of chocolate making and catering.
The training provided by Sambika School equips its students with the theoretical and practical tools for optimal professional integration. In addition to learning the core skills of the trade, the program also includes language courses and practical workshops designed to prepare women for job interviews and help them create their resumes.
Our Students
Aged between 20 and 35, the students at the Sambika School are rigorously selected. Before beginning their training, candidates are invited to demonstrate their motivation in an interview conducted by Sambika School staff. Each training cohort comprises five students, who will benefit from learning in a work environment that meets international standards.
Upon completion of the program, graduating students are offered the opportunity to join the Chocolats Sambika team. With their new skills, they will also have the opportunity to pursue their careers with other companies.
